Vomi commerce d.o.o. have has a long-term experience in providing bookkeeping and accounting services as well as financial and tax consulting. It was established in 1995 in Osijek as a result of a wish to offer external accounting service for a growing number of small businesses opened after the war and transition to market economy. Through years of work, number of business partners and employee growth, the company follows technological standards and provides support to every client.

Nowadays, the company has about 325 permanent clients and offers a wide range of services. Besides classical accounting, we offer business plan creation, help in the process of setting up a company and opening a business account, business consulting services, virtual office services and assistance in selling a company. Besides all that, we offer help for foreign subjects in setting up a company in Croatia and work permit application.

Our goal is to offer a professional approach to all clients and provide quality and expert advices to ease and improve their business
